Role & responsibilities Experience of leading a large gold loans sales team - through knowledge of risk, credit and customer services functions of Gold Loans. Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management. Ability to deploy adequate manpower and drive sales performance. Ability to engage with customers, cross- functional departments and dealers/agencies. Ensuring New acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility. Ensuring monthly & quarterly Gold Loan, Interest Collection & NPA reduction targets are met and Branches get satisfactorily audit rating
