Urgent Hiring: Pre-Primary Teacher (Only Female)

As a Pre-Primary Teacher , you’ll be at the heart of a child’s early educational experience, where every day presents a new opportunity to inspire, teach, and nurture. Your role will involve creating a warm and welcoming space where children can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll bring fun, creativity, and structure to our dynamic classroom while ensuring a nurturing environment for each child’s development. Key Responsibilities: Develop Engaging Activities: Plan and create fun, educational activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children and parents to support each child’s development. Collaborate: Work closely with fellow teachers to create a collaborative and enriching environment that supports all students. Classroom Management: Manage day-to-day activities such as structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch, and rest time. Monitor and Report: Identify potential concerns regarding students’ progress and work with management to address them in a timely manner. Follow QRIS Standards: Ensure that classroom activities align with QRIS standards to maintain high-quality early childhood education. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required). EEC Certification (required). 1+ year of experience working with children in a classroom setting. Strong knowledge of QRIS standards and the ability to implement them effectively. A caring, nurturing attitude with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
