Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR and Time & Labour modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP Fusion HCM suite, specifically in managing and implementing Core HR and Time & Labour functionalities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR and Time & Labour.
Customize and configure HR and Time & Labour modules to meet client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

Business Requirements Analysis

Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide best practices and recommendations to address business needs.
Prepare and maintain functional design documents, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Solution Design & Development

Design and develop comprehensive solutions for Core HR and Time & Labour processes.
Configure business processes, workflows, and interfaces within the SAP Fusion HCM environment.
Participate in the creation of test scripts, conduct testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and manage issue resolution.
