Job Description

Position: IT Integration Specialist Location: Bangalore Salary Range: TBD About the Role: Experienced IT Integration Specialist to lead the implementation and integration of marketing and business intelligence technologies. This role will play a critical part in aligning our marketing tech stack with data-driven performance systems, enabling automation and actionable insights across departments. Key Responsibilities: Implement and integrate technology platforms such as HubSpot, AI-driven tools, and automation software across teams. Set up, maintain, and optimize automated reporting systems for marketing, sales, and operations teams. Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and create dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Ensure smooth data flow between platforms and maintain data integrity across all connected systems. Develop and maintain documentation related to integrations, workflows, and systems architecture. Identify process gaps and propose technical solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. Key Requirements: 45 years of hands-on experience in IT integrations, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS environments. Proven expertise in implementing and managing HubSpot integrations and AI-based tools. Strong experience in Power BI, Tableau, and building automated reporting systems. Solid understanding of APIs, data mapping, system workflows, and cloud-based platforms. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in working with marketing teams or agencies. Familiarity with CRM, automation, and data visualization in a performance-driven environment.
