Job Title: TL UI/UX Designer (Branding Expertise)

Position Summary:

TL UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end design process

  for digital products, from research and conceptualization to final implementation.
• Conduct

  user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

  to drive informed design decisions.
• Develop

  wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

  using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define

  user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns

• Build and maintain

  design systems, visual guidelines, and component libraries

  to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
• Ensure brand identity and visual language are effectively integrated into all user interfaces.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience

• Expertise in

  design and prototyping tools

  such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• In-depth understanding of

  user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
