Urgent Hiring For Tele Sales Executive For Noida Location

We’re expanding our Tele Sales Team to handle inquiries with speed and professionalism. You’ll qualify leads, follow up quickly, update CRM, manage daily leads, boost conversions, and coordinate with sales and operations for smooth closures. Telecalling experience, disciplined CRM management, fast follow-ups, and proactive handling of multiple leads are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Qualify and categorise leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
• Ensure fast follow-ups for hot and high-priority leads.
• Maintain and update a structured Master CRM with remarks and follow-up status.
• Drive higher conversions through confident, polite, and effective communication.
• Filter and manage daily leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless closures.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi and English).
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction roles preferred.
• Ability to maintain clean CRM data and handle follow-ups with discipline.
• Proactive and capable of managing multiple leads daily.
