Pre-appointment

• Answer NESA hotline number to address all queries that potential patients might have ---by OCC TEAM
• Assist in setting up tele / video appointments for all such queries and track to closure/ follow on appointments -- by OCC TEAM
• Provide information on travel, stay, food and local logististics for all queries especially with regard to cost estimate, bookings, distance from hospital etc ---Only good to know information will be shared by the Platinum Desk, no bookings will be done.
• Discuss insurance coverage what is covered and what might not be covered after discussing with the billing team and TPA desk
• Stay in regular contact with patients who are in the tele/ video phase

Appointment

• Assist in planning arrival
• Receive patient and attendants at the reception of the hospital
• Assist with registration, billing and appointment setting formalities
• Guide patient to navigate the operations of the hospital especially when it comes to tests, collecting reports and purchasing medicines
• All round assistance from Registration, billing and departure
• Assistance in insurance procedures

Post appointment

• Stay in touch with patients who have been discharged to see if any follow up work is required and assist in setting up such appointments
• Collect feedback and reviews from all successful and happy patients and inform the marketing and operations team
• Extend a warm welcome to all patients, especially those from the North East Region, ensuring a culturally sensitive and respectful approach.
• Greet patients courteously and verify their appointments with the concerned doctors or departments.
• Assist patients with registration, appointment bookings, and billing procedures, ensuring smooth and timely support.
• For walk-in patients, coordinate with doctors teams to check availability and guide them accordingly.
• Post consultation, help facilitate the next steps for patients such as investigations, etc
• Guide and assist patients through the admission process
