Experience: 5-8 years in Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Job Description:  

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Deployments using GitHub, Admin activities supporting day to day operations and strong functional skills:

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion Functional solutions  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Functional specifications. 
• Manage the deployment and continuous integration of applications in the Oracle Fusion

environment. 

• Manage End End Instance Refresh / Cloning process. 
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the platform. 
• Experience in remediating SOD Role and user Conflicts by working with the business and

functional teams.  

• Review Oracle fusion quarterly Functional updates, understand, map to the business needs,

test/validate cross functional and deploy them upon business confirmation. 

• Oracle product Quarterly upgrade regression testing activities  
• Automate manual functions to optimize the efficiencies  
• Ensure best practices in DevOps methodologies are followed. 
• Provide subject matter expertise on methodologies, tools, and techniques that will be useful to ERP program activities. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Functional areas  
• 2+ years of experience using GitHub deployment tool  
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices. 
• Experience with cloud services and automation tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Certifications in Oracle technologies. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies. 
• Knowledge of additional Oracle products and services.
