Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients professionally and confidently.
Communicate clearly and attentively to understand client requirements.
Utilize strong persuasion and convincing skills to promote services.
Generate leads through cold calling for Sponsors and Exhibitors.
Manage lead conversations effectively and ensure successful closures.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of customer support processes.
Typing speed of
35 WPM with 90% accuracy
.
Ability to work in night shifts and from the office as required.
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
