Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Automate workflows using
Power Automate
and integrate with external systems through connectors and APIs
Work extensively with
Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server
, and other enterprise data sources
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain development best practices
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

Overall software development experience with
minimum 3 to 10 years on Microsoft Power Platform
Strong hands-on experience with
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Good understanding of
Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 integrations
Experience with
ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
in Power Platform
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft certifications such as
PL-400, PL-600, or PL-900
are preferred
