Must have basic knowledge of AR follow-up & denialsGood English communication requiredNight shift only

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with U.S. insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims.
• Review patient accounts and update claim status accurately in the system.
• Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with the billing team for claim corrections or re-submissions.
