Participate in online auctions to identify and source high-quality second-hand cars that meet company standards for the Australian market. Prepare, manage, and track auction data daily using Google Sheets and internal tools. Monitor inventory, pricing, and sourcing data to ensure alignment with business goals. Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless sourcing operations. Contribute to maintaining an accurate and updated inventory database while identifying opportunities to improve processes. What are we looking for? Strong business acumen with 1-2 years of experience in the B2B vertical, preferably in a sourcing or similar role. Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel , with a keen eye for data analytics and insights. Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic team player with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently during early hours to align with auction schedules. Self-motivated and capable of working remotely while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
