Introduction

The Project Associate is the first level of long-term employment in AIILSG. They are the building blocks upon which the foundation of the Project Team rests. Project Associates shall be trained as potential future leaders within the organization, capable of delivering high-quality results, on time, anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Officer to ensure that all project tasks are completed by AIILSG’s internalized processes and governance.
• Ensure that all the daily, weekly, and monthly support activities are delivered as per project schedules and deliverables, promptly.
• Participate and contribute as an active member of the Project Execution Team in the execution of plans to meet the short, medium, and long-term project objectives.
• Work under the direction of the Project manager, for selected projects, to ensure project deliverables are submitted by quality, timeline, resource, and budget requirements.
• Develop new skills and acquire greater expertise in existing skills.
• Acquire new accreditations or certifications in the chosen fields for better professional credentials.
• Ensure filing of all project documents (hard and soft copies) with AIILSG’s central database.
• Mentor the assigned Interns/employees on probation, to acquaint them with AIILSG's internal processes.
• Perform any other additional responsibilities assigned by the management, as needed.
