Urban Designers

Role Overview: As an Urban Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing urban design strategies for mixed-use housing and integrated township projects. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Creating detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for urban design projects. - Collaborating with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs. - Conducting research and analysis on demographics, transportation, land use, and zoning regulations. - Preparing presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders. - Supervising the construction and installation of designs to ensure they match the original plan. - Staying updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations. - Reviewing design and leading workshops/meetings with Masterplanning consultants during the project design stage. Qualification Required: - Bachelors in Architecture and Masters in Urban Design or Architecture. - LEED, IGBC accreditation would be an advantage. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong visual communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals. - Knowledge of zoning regulations and land use policies. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience working on urban projects in India, Southeast Asia, or the MENA region. - Being a team player and having the ability to work in a collaborative environment.,
