Engineer + Planner Experience: Minimum 8 years Qualification: Masters/equivalent in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Urban Management, City Planning, Architecture or equivalent Preferred: Combination of Engineering + Planning background Key Skills: Urban planning / citizen services / public experience improvement projects Project planning & monitoring, SOP development, government/public procurement Government consulting experience (preferred) Strong analytical & communication skills 2. Civil Engineer Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: Masters/equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning/Management, or related fields Must Have: Civil Engineering background Key Skills: Civil project planning & monitoring, SOPs, government/public procurement Experience in DPR (Detailed Project Report) development Government consulting experience (preferred) Strong communication & analytical abilities 3.
