Urban Designer Cum Architect

As an Urban Designer Cum Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining site plans, conceptual designs, and master plans based on client needs, local regulations, and environmental considerations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and refining site plans, conceptual designs, and master plans based on client needs, local regulations, and environmental considerations. - Incorporating sustainable design principles into urban planning, focusing on energy efficiency, green spaces, water management, and pedestrian-friendly environments. - Commanding in developing master plans for various scales of projects. - Conducting site analysis, including land use, transportation systems, and infrastructure, to inform design decisions. - Overseeing projects from planning to execution, coordinating with various professionals to ensure timely completion. - Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. - Leading a team and fostering collaboration. - Working effectively in a team environment and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. - Being fully conversant with all relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Demonstrating proficiency in the latest software and integration of new technologies into project workflows. - Having relevant experience in zonal plans/local area plans, and TP schemes is appreciated. - Supporting growth by identifying new opportunities and representing the firm.
