Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports with variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, inter-company accounts, and ledgers . Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring proper controls. Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance Resolve financial queries by directly coordinating with counterparties in Ghana, IVC, and the UK . Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company financial policies. Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams for timely submissions and reporting. Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA dropouts are preferred . Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash flow management, and reconciliations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with international counterparts. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Leadership and team management skills to drive performance and accountability.
