Job Title: Business Consultant- Recruitment Location: Ahmedabad (Prahladnagar) Experience: 1+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Consultant- Recruitment to join our team at UpMan Placements. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for both contractual and permanent roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in Non-IT recruitment and a strong ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate placement. Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques. Handle both contractual and permanent hiring requirements. Build and maintain a strong candidate database and referral network. Conduct cold calling and proactive candidate outreach. Collaborate with consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client requirements. Desired Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
