Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai (SEEPZ)
Working Hours : Rotational Shifts and Week offs (6 week offs in a month) (Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night and General)

Job brief :

We are looking for a UPI Monitoring Specialist to help ensure our UPI (Unified Payments Interface) system runs smoothly. You will monitor transactions, troubleshoot issues, and work with different teams to improve our UPI services.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor UPI transactions in real-time to ensure they are processed quickly and correctly.
To address customer queries
To provide the service to banks on any place in India.
Communicate with client and developers for any new requirement or improvement in the current one.
Timely and efficient communication within the team and inter-departmental coordination for escalation and resolution of the issue. Work with technical teams to solve any problems related to UPI transactions.
Create reports on UPI performance and issues.
Train internal teams on UPI processes.

Skills Requirements :

Good experience in banking or payments.
Good understanding of UPI and digital payments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
