Our mission is to empower individuals to confidently climb their ladder of success.Role DescriptionWe are seeking contract-based, remote University Mentors for our Ph.D. aspiring students. This role is ideal for current Ph.D. students or Ph.D. graduates from reputed foreign universities who want to guide aspiring Ph.D. applicants in the same coursework or institutions.As a University Mentor, you will support candidates through various stages of their Ph.D. application journey. You will:• Review and provide detailed feedback on research proposals and statements of purpose• Guide candidates in structuring strong application materials• Assist with interview preparation and academic positioning• Offer mentorship throughout the application cycle• Conduct 5–7 virtual mentorship sessions per student (via Google Meet and WhatsApp group)• Collaborate remotely, with students available according to the mentor’s timezone• Help create personalized academic strategies aligned with program expectationsThis is a flexible, per-hour paid role, ideal for those passionate about academic guidance and international education.Qualifications• Must be a current Ph.D. student or Ph.D. graduate from a foreign university• Strong expertise in Research, Academic Writing, and Dissertation Guidance• Experience in mentorship, structured academic support, and providing constructive feedback• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple mentees efficiently• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual teaching methods• Understanding of Ph.D. program requirements, especially for international institutions
