Phoenix Greens School of Learning, a reputed CBSE and Cambridge Curriculum school in Hyderabad, is urgently seeking an experienced University Guidance Counsellor to join our team and guide our secondary and senior secondary students toward their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging group presentations and conduct one-on-one student interviews.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling for academic and career planning.
• Organize structured family interview sessions starting from Grade 9 to support collaborative decision-making.
• Plan and execute orientation programs and coordinate student internships.
• Organize and host University Fairs on campus.
• Annually update the school profile to reflect latest achievements and curriculum offerings.
• Maintain a robust database of student destinations, offers, and university acceptances.
• Develop and update a comprehensive alumni tracking system.
• Prepare annual reports detailing student placements and outcomes.
• Represent the school at university and career-related conferences.
• Ensure that all career/university guidance materials are current and relevant.
• Manage the Career Guidance Technology Platform, engaging with students, staff, and parents.
• Attend relevant workshops and training programs to stay aligned with best practices.
• Actively participate in the Phoenix Greens community with enthusiasm and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CBSE and/or Cambridge Curriculum schools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of university admissions processes (India & abroad).
• Proficient with technology platforms related to career and academic counseling.
• Immediate joiners from Hyderabad preferred due to the urgency of the position.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
