You should be ready to lead the team, take ownership of each task, and have expert knowledge of Unity3D Pro, including Unity UI System, asset bundles, materials/shaders, and Cross-Platform deployment. Additionally, you must possess strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework, the ability to work on fixed deadlines, excellent communication and presentation skills, and expertise in 2D/3D graphics development within game development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the team and take ownership of each task - Utilize expert knowledge of Unity3D Pro and Unity UI System - Develop graphics including Particle Systems and Shaders - Work on 2D/3D graphics development and performance optimization - Collaborate with the team to meet fixed deadlines - Possess strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge in Unity3D, .NET Framework, Android, Java, Visual Studio, Design Patterns, iOS, C#, JavaScript, and Web Technologies - Minimum 2 years of hands-on Unity3D experience including GUI, asset bundles, and materials/shaders Please note that the salary offered will be a hike on the current CTC and falls within industry standards.
