You should have experience in handling projects and development teams, ensuring commitment to deadlines and schedules. In addition to technical skills, you should possess good verbal and communication skills, the ability to adapt to different environments, be innovative and a smart worker with a willingness to learn. Team leadership skills and the ability to interact with people diplomatically are also essential for this role.
