Job Description

Unit Sales Manager to lead high-impact sales initiatives, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Roles:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
  • Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Must:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or Marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain a team.
  • Local candidate required.
  • Must have own bike and valid DL.
