Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for FasTag & NCMC issuance to customers of Bajaj Finserv mobile app and web platform.
Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
To identify partners / Aggregator specific requirements and work for a solutio0n for them with Paytech team
Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors.
Develop and operate a monthly / quarterly cycle with IT delivery teams for the product
Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product
Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units.

Preferred candidate profile

Payments industry candidates preferrable
Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On FasTag or Prepaid products or NCMC products.
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience
