Unit Manager - Insurance

You will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: NJ Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a licensed insurance broker, is dedicated to providing customers with comprehensive insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Engagement & Recruitment: - Identify and onboard existing NJ Wealth Mutual Fund partners as POSP or BQP to expand insurance-related business activities. - Effectively explain the benefits, process, and scope of the POSP/BQP roles to ensure partner enrollment. - Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with Senior Managers to devise and implement strategies for the development of insurance products within the branch. - Drive and monitor progress on recruitment and insurance sales targets. - Relationship Management: - Build positive working relationships with partners to promote long-term business growth. - Provide support to the POSP / CIA to help them achieve their goals. - Product Promotion: - Focus on promoting and selling both Life and Non-Life Insurance products. - Ensure a thorough understanding of insurance products to guide partners effectively. - Business Targets: - Achieve recruitment targets for POSP/BQP roles. - Drive the sales and penetration of insurance products within the assigned branch/region. Qualification Required: - In-depth Knowledge of Insurance products. - Good convincing power & communication skills, both verbal and written. - Preferred candidate with team handling experience. - Must have a sales attitude. - Willingness to travel as required.
