Hiring: Unit Head Wealth Management (AVP/VP)

Experience Required:

We are looking for a seasoned Unit Head – Wealth Management (AVP/VP level) to lead a team of high-performing Wealth Managers. This leadership role is pivotal in driving AUM & AUA growth, strengthening HNI/UHNI client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class investment advisory.

Preference will be given to candidates who can onboard an existing, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Wealth Managers to achieve and exceed business targets.
Align team objectives with organizational goals and maintain strong communication with senior leadership.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Drive acquisition strategies for HNI and UHNI clients.
Support the team in closing high-value deals and onboarding marquee clients.
Deliver P&L target achievement and sustained business growth.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Provide tailored wealth management solutions across asset classes: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Alternate Investments.
Maintain long-term client engagement through market insights and proactive recommendations.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance policies.
Maintain the highest standards of governance, risk management, and regulatory discipline.
