Underwriter Trainee (Back Office)

Key Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed process-specific targets consistently. • Ensure strict adherence to established quality standards. • Review and analyse data/documents with a high level of accuracy. • Assist in maintaining compliance and audit requirements as per company guidelines. • Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure smooth process flow. Required Skills: • Basic computer proficiency with a focus on operational tools. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. • Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment. Knowledge Requirements: • Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic data handling. • Familiarity with process workflows and documentation standards. • Analytical thinking and basic problem-solving ability.
