Underwriter Mortgage (QA/QC)

As an experienced underwriter with a strong background in US Mortgage, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing borrower provided documents for completeness and relevance. You should have familiarity with mortgage documents and underwriting conditions, and the ability to follow complex task processes while ensuring complete notation and documentation. Your role will also involve identifying and escalating discrepancies or missing documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this position, you should have 4-8 years of hands-on experience in mortgage underwriting and a strong background in QA/QC within mortgage underwriting. Proficiency in using underwriting tools, systems, and MS Office is essential. Additionally, it is required that you have PF deductions in all previous employments.
