• Deep knowledge of

  web accessibility (a11y)

  WCAG 2.1+guidelines

• Use of

  semantic HTML

  , ARIA roles, and keyboard navigation
• Familiarity with

  screen reader behavior

  (NVDA, VoiceOver, etc.)
• Testing with tools like

  Lighthouse

• Familiarity with

  design systems
