Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from customers across UK. Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns. Work on an International Voice Process (IVP) platform, handling UK process. Fluency in spoken English is essential for this role. Offer exceptional after-sales service to customers. What Were Looking For Experience: 1-6 years in international voice process (B2B or B2C) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to work independently & achieve sales targets Experience with CRM & sales tracking tools Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: UK shift Work Location: In person
