We are hiring for the position of Business Development Associate / International Sales Specialist for a UK Sales Process at our Lucknow office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a strong command of English. Candidates with experience in Sales, BPO, or International Voice Processes will be preferred; however, freshers with good communication are also welcome. The role includes handling B2B UK client interactions, generating business through cold calling, converting leads, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a UK shift role (12:30 PM–9:30 PM) with a salary up to ₹30,000 along with unlimited incentives. Candidates who understand UK customer behavior or have prior exposure to international sales will be an added advantage.
