Job Description

You will be responsible for the role of Financial Planner - UK in the company, where you will be required to perform the following key responsibilities: - Understanding the product and preparing customized financial plans, monitoring, and updating them regularly. - Coordinating with Paraplanners on scenario analysis and case studies as per client needs. - Coordinating with various providers of financial products to compare, analyze, and finalize suitable products. - Accompanying the advisory team for meetings and reviews. You should possess in-depth knowledge of various financial products such as Insurance, health, life, mutual funds, bonds, PPF, etc. Additionally, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers are essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Receiving tasks from the Advisers and capturing them into the Smartsheet. - Understanding the needs and expectations of end-users and Advisers. - Data collection, entry, report generation, and editing. - Managing the team and ensuring quality checks on reports. - Conducting client communication, feedback, and finalization of financial reports. - Implementing training programs, conducting interviews, and team management activities. To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - MBA (Finance), CFP (Pursuing) or CFA (Pursuing), NSE Certifications. - Proficiency in investment and insurance concepts. - Proficient in the MS Office suite. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Moreover, having 1-3 years of work experience in the financial sector (Insurance, BFSI, Mutual fund) will be an added advantage.
