UK Accounts Analyst

As an Accounts Analyst Grade I at VNC Global, your role is crucial in managing accounting tasks and analyzing the team's work to ensure transparency and order in clients" accounts and finances. Your contribution will help clients make informed decisions and achieve long-term success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform reconciliation of Vendor, Bank, Customer, Fixed Assets, and Tax Balances - Prepare financial reports on a determined schedule - Understand clients" business, especially income and expenses - Plan and coordinate within the team - Utilize technical skills to create visual charts and graphs - Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities - Communicate with clients via email or calls to acquire necessary information - Improve work quality and accuracy of clients" financials - Analyze and maintain customer account activities and documentation - Update customer account information promptly - Record tasks in a timely manner - Prepare and update relevant process documents - Review and process unpaid or pending accounts **Qualifications Required:** - Inter-CA / Inter-CMA / Inter-ACCA / MBA (Finance) / BBA / BBA-Hons. / M.Com. (Accounts or Finance) / B.Com. or equivalent - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience - Excellent organizing abilities with great attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy - Team management and leadership qualities - Strong prioritization, scheduling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Logical reasoning, analytical ability, and proficiency in numbers and figures - Knowledge of foreign accounting software - Clarity of processes and procedures with a growth mindset - Effective communication and time management skills In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday at our in-person location. Prior experience in accounting (3 years required), QuickBooks (1 year preferred), and Xero (1 year preferred) will be beneficial for this position.,
