I am maintaining FD and SB Accounts with the Bank. My wife also. I have noticed some difference in FD interest credited and the same was escalated to one RM and another staff contacted me and assured the redressal. But even after 5 days nobody has contacted me and as an Ex Bank staff, I rate the service * only.
