Job Description

Role & responsibilities * Write user-centric microcopy for apps, websites, and product flows (e.g., buttons, labels, error messages, onboarding, and tooltips). * Translate complex insurance terms into clear, digestible language that builds trust and drive visitors to lead conversion * Partner with UX designers and researchers to understand user behavior and design the information architecture. * Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and terminology across all digital touch points. * Conducting A/B testing on copy * Contribute to and evolve our content style guide, particularly around sensitive or compliance-related messaging. * Conduct content audits and identify areas for improvement in UX copy. * Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align copy with regulatory requirements without compromising clarity. Preferred candidate profile 34 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail, compliance, and brand consistency. * Empathy-driven communication style with a sensitivity to diverse users and health-related topics. Good to Have: * Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries. * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
