UI/UX Manager/Lead

As a UI/UX Manager/Lead with 8-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving exceptional user experiences in the banking/fintech space. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading UI/UX efforts across projects and teams. - Translating business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs. - Creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, JustInMind, or Marvel. - Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. - Managing design schedules, estimations, and deliverables. - Guiding team members to ensure consistent visual quality across all deliverables. - Developing clear information architecture and high-level prototypes. - Supporting frontend/UI development teams with design handoffs and guidelines. - Providing UX solutions tailored to the banking or fintech domains. Desired Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Wireframing, and Prototyping tools. - Experience in team handling and client communication. - Understanding of the web development lifecycle from design to deployment. - Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and layout aesthetics. - Strong analytical thinking and multitasking ability. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
