UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Website Design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering engaging user experiences for websites and web applications. You will be working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize responsive website interfaces with a focus on user experience and brand consistency
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Work with marketing and content teams to design landing pages, banners, and visual assets
• Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Ensure design systems and brand guidelines are consistently followed across all digital platforms
• Use tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to analyze user behavior and improve design decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and website design
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with HTML, CSS (basic knowledge is a plus)
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX and web design projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with a user-first mindset
• Good to have Design AI skills and Adobe

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Web flow, or Wix
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
• Animation and prototyping skills (using After Effects, Principle, or similar)
