UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing banners, PPT, and marketing content to support sales pitches. - Creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs by translating business and user needs. - Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma and other design tools. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective design solutions. - Keeping up-to-date with design trends and tools to enhance design output. - Participating in user research, usability testing, and iteration processes to improve user experience. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. - Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Prior experience working on projects like E-commerce, Business Websites, and Mobile Apps. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team. - Knowledge of digital platforms and technologies related to UI/UX design. - Experience with usability testing and user research. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
