Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms by following style guides and design systems.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Framer.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks or collaboration with developers.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,732.28 - ₹16,000.00 per month
