UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Rudra Innovative Software. The role involves designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Photoshop and illustrator.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and enhance designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and documentation for internal and client reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, and creating user-centric design experiences.
• Understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of additional design tools is a plus ( Photoshop, Illustrator).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
