Job Description

Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand clients requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research to understand user behavior and incorporate findings into design decisions
Design and create mockups, icons, illustrations and other design assets as needed
Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improving the user experience

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
0-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs
Experience with user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles
