UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented

UI/UX Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a

fast learner

who thrives in an agile environment and is capable of translating business objectives into seamless and visually appealing user experiences. This role requires

strong collaboration skills, proficiency in Figma, and the ability to work within strict design constraints

while ensuring a user-centric approach.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced agile environment, quickly adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions.
• Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and requirements with minimal guidance.
• Balance creativity with technical and business constraints, ensuring designs align with product and brand guidelines.
• Identify and design for edge cases, ensuring a seamless user experience across various scenarios.
• Utilize Figma for design systems, components, auto-layout, variants, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain design consistency by creating and evolving reusable UI components and patterns.
• Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff by providing clean, developer-friendly designs with proper documentation and annotations.
• Experience with CRM platforms, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and user management systems is a plus.
• Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and stakeholder meetings to refine design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality design delivery.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience in designing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in CRM design or dashboard interfaces is an advantage.
