Job Description:

As the UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will transform client requirements and user research into visually appealing, easy-to-use, and highly functional interfaces for web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a creative eye for clean, artful design.

Responsibilities:

• Translate project requirements, user research, and client feedback into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that adhere to modern design principles and brand guidelines.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive user experience (UX) strategy for a wide range of web applications.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to inform the design process.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface and user experience design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect, well-organized, and developer-ready design files.
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their capabilities is a strong plus.
• Strong conceptualization skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a remote team, managing project timelines effectively.
