UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Meril's AI/ML Division in Vapi, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for AI-driven healthcare applications. Your main duties will include: - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and data scientists to design user-friendly AI/ML-based healthcare solutions. - Conducting user research, analyzing requirements, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Designing and enhancing UI components to ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. - Developing and maintaining design systems and UI frameworks for consistency in the product. - Working closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of UI/UX designs. - Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, especially in AI/ML applications. - Performing usability testing and iterating designs based on user feedback. - Creating visually compelling interfaces aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall user journey. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields. - Experience in working with AI/ML-based applications (added advantage). - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus). - Ability to translate complex AI/ML functionalities into intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
