About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design modern, user friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products — including web, mobile, and IoT dashboards. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences and improve usability across all platforms. Key Responsibilities  Design and deliver high-quality UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile applications.  Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate user needs into wireframes and design solutions.  Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate design implementation.  Create design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.  Improve usability and accessibility based on analytics and user behavior data.  Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and refine user flows and interactions.  Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills  Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.  Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.  Experience with UI prototyping, wireframing, and user journey mapping.  Good grasp of color theory, typography, and layout design.  Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation constraints is a plus.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.  Experience designing for IoT dashboards, ERP systems, or industrial web apps (advantageous).  Familiarity with UX research techniques, usability testing, and A/B testing.  Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution.
