Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is enthusiastic about creating intuitive, user-centered designs. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to design seamless digital experiences for our users. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to grow fast and learn across multiple domains — including online marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into interactive designs.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Learn and contribute to online marketing design projects (landing pages, ads, social media creatives, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
• Off: Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
