UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering beautiful, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Your key responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience for our customers. You will take a proactive role in shaping and evolving our component-based design systems and comprehensive style guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability. Leading projects from concept to final design delivery, you will take full ownership of the design lifecycle. Your focus will be on driving continuous iteration on product design features by actively incorporating customer feedback, user testing results, and analytics. You will utilize Figma or Sketch for all design and prototyping activities, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the process. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical design experience. With 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, you should have mastery of design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma and/or Sketch, to bring complex ideas to life. A compelling portfolio showcasing strong skills in typography, interaction design, and user-centered visual design excellence is essential. You must have a proven ability to maintain the quality and consistency of visual design throughout all project phases. Effective communication skills are necessary to articulate design thinking, explain design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Extensive experience in creating and maintaining component-based design systems, along with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards, are required. Additionally, experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, motion design principles and tools, as well as a basic understanding of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are considered good-to-have skills. Experience in an Agile development environment would be advantageous for this role.,
