We’re an early-stage, bootstrapped startup building a bold new platform in the consumer tech space - one that’s designed to become a household name across India. We're currently in stealth mode, and we're assembling a hands-on founding team. We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer (UI/UX + Brand) to own and lead design across the product, internal tools, and brand identity - from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Product & Interface Design

• Design mobile apps (iOS/Android) for both customers and service partners

• Create internal dashboards and CRMs for operational workflows

• Develop fast, intuitive, mobile-first user flows

• Build scalable design systems and reusable Figma components

• Maintain UI/UX consistency across platforms

• Brand & Marketing Design

• Develop brand identity: logo, colors, typography, icons

• Design marketing collateral: flyers, hoardings, standees, social ads

• Work with vendors and printers to execute offline creatives

• Support performance and organic campaigns with digital assets

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or similar tools

• Experience designing mobile-first consumer apps (B2C preferred)

• Strong portfolio covering both product and brand work

• Bonus: motion design or animations for micro-interactions

• Bonus: experience in hyperlocal or high-speed delivery startups
