About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in branding and packaging design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual identities from the ground up, conceptualizing packaging designs that stand out on retail shelves, and creating cohesive visual systems that align with client brand strategies. You will work closely with strategists, writers, developers, and other creative professionals to bring innovative brand experiences to life across various platforms and mediums.As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead projects from initial concept through final execution, ensuring that all designs meet high standards of quality, usability, and visual appeal. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in visual design, preferably within an agency or startup environment. A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, packaging, and digital design is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required. A solid understanding of responsive design principles, grid systems, and accessibility standards is necessary to create inclusive and adaptable visual solutions. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow is considered a plus. Candidates should demonstrate excellent typography, layout skills, and familiarity with modern UI patterns. The ability to handle end-to-end design processes independently and effectively communicate ideas is crucial.
